How long is it going to take?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 4-7 days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply 5-9 days for domestic and 7-30 days for international.

Do you ship to… And how much will it cost?

Domestic USA – Santandard Shipping : We charge $4.95.
International : We charge $9.95 for the first item+ $6.95 per each additional product added.

Do you have a sizing chart?

Yes. You can see it at the product description.

What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

Immediately contact us by email and our team will gladly resolve all of your concerns! Email: [email protected]

Can I cancel or modify my order?

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

What’s the status of my order?

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will send a second email with your tracking information. The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.
