EXCHANGE POLICY

Items may be exchanged within 30 days from date of receive, one invoice is only exchange one time.

We do not accept exchanges unless least one or more cases listed below happens:

  • The printed image is faded.
  • The printed image is off center.
  • Delivered wrong item.
  • Damaged due to delivery, weather…
  • The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the original order.
  • Other mistakes caused by us or shipping carrier.

If the product you received has any of the above issues we are happy to send replacement products to you.
Proceed as follows :

  • Contact us at [email protected]
  • Subject of email : Exchange order XXX (xxx is your order number we sent to your email address.)
  • Content : Describe the issues.
  • Attach the photos of the product and the defect.
  • We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time(1-3 business days).
  • After confirming that the package has defective, we will create a replacement order.
  • You can keep the defective item or you can return that item.
    Return address : Please DO NOT send your items back to the manufacturer or any other “From” address on the package. We must approve the return first. We will provide the exact return address for you depending on your address.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Please sympathize with us for this inconvenience. It is difficult to sell to someone who has the right choice. Any excuse from us, we will make you another one.
